Crape Myrtle Trees
Q.

Crape Myrtle

Zone 78746 | gsummers added on May 2, 2017 | Answered

My Crepe Myrtles have a thin dusty looking film on them. We recently pruned them and they are coming back nicely, but they do have this dusty film. It is like a powder. It is not the dark film that I read about.

It sounds like they have Powdery Mildew.

This link has information on how to treat this fungus.
