Crepe myrtle

What causes the yellow spotty leaves, too soon for fall. It is losing them. How can this be treated?

This is likely Cercospora leaf spot caused by excess rainfall or damp weather.
Make sure you rake up any leaves that drop from the tree.
Your tree will likely recover on it’s own.
