Q.creeping fig roots.
i just planted a creeping fig on the opposite side of a wall that has all of my pool equipment. I just remembered that underneath where i planted the creeping fig are the pipes that go from the pool equipment to the pool. I am concerned that the roots will attach and eventually break the pipes which are about 10″ below the plant. Is this a real concern? How big do creeping fig roots get? should I pull it out now?
If i made a poor decision what sort of plant do you recommend that can cover a wall and will not destroy my pipes?
These roots would not be an issue with pipe.
