Q.Crape Myrtle Pruning
Last year I cut my crape mytles below the “knobby area” where the new growth still existed because I wanted to take some height off the tree. The new growth that followed when the Crape came out of dormancy was not attractive. The habit of growth was erratic and did not look attractive. Could you give me proper pruning tips for taking height off the tree and still have an attractive outcome? Thank you so much for your time.
