Crape Myrtle Problem

I have a Natchez Crape Myrtle. The edge of the leaves are turning a pink color. Could this be due to stress or lack of water?

Lack of water. And I use fish emulsion fertilizer twice a month since I started a landscaping job last year. no problem what so ever since. Read the directions and block your nose. It’s not the best smell in the world but boy it works!
