Covering A Chain Link Fence

I have about 86m of chain link fence to cover 38m x 8m x 40m. I want to use climbing plants, that are a combination of hardy, offer great privacy, pet friendly, pretty and fragrant. Please can you advise which plants and the order to grown them. I would be grateful for any advice, as I am a complete novice and I need to get it started now. ?

Climbing roses would be nice, but you wouldn't get much privacy in winter, unless it's warm enough there that they don't completely die back. I looked up the weather averages in Norwich, and it looks as though it doesn't fall below freezing in the winter. So that gives you more options. If you find a plant you like, to see if it is toxic to pets, see if it is listed under https://www.aspca.org/pet-care/animal-poison-control/toxic-and-non-toxic-plants [1]

Here are hardy vines below. I see trumpet creeper in several lists and I would NOT get that; it is very invasive. And so is Dutchman's pipe.
Some good ones include crossvine, trumpet honeysuckle (Coral vine), bougainvillea, clematis.
