Could You Please Advise Me On How To Manage This Jacaranda Tree?

This young tree has lost all the top branches and now only has a tiny bit of greenery at the top and all this new growth from the ground level. I’m a bit lost as to how to manage it properly. I am in Queensland, Australia.

Your tree needs to have the lower suckers removed and to be pruned when it's dormant. Here are some tips:
