Cosmo Seeds Still Green On Plant, Cold Outside

hello! I have a few pods on my cosmos that I can see the seeds but they are still green. its almost november now and cold and wet most of the time. I wanted to know if they will ever ripen outside and if not can i cut the stalk and let them finish indoors? I would appreciate any thoughts. Thank you

Seeds won't mature off the plant. Just keep an eye on them outside. They should still ripen.
