Q.corn problems

Zone 8, SouthCarolina | Anonymous added on June 24, 2016 | Answered

Our corn grew well, one to two ears on each stalk, but at maturity the corn kernels were only mature a third to half way up the cob. The rest were tiny nubs that did not grow. Do you know why?

The corn kernels that don't receive pollen will not fill out.
This is a lack of pollination issue.
