Q.corkscrew rush
Will Corkscrew Rush come back if severely dried out? Has not been watered in months! Appears totally fried!

Since these are considered "water lovers," I would think that drying for months would pretty much do it in. However, you can always cut off the dry foliage, water the dried out roots, and see what happens. Often, plants surprise us.
