Contains melissa (lemon balm)

I bought a house last year and the backyard had melissa. The melissa has invaded the backyard. I love melissa and want to keep some without it taking all the space. Any suggestions on how to contain the melissa plant.

Lemon Balm is often called Lemon Bomb, as it can become invasive.
