ves. It is now mid November in No CA and i am unsure what to do next. Plumeria now has green leaves and I don’t know what to do next. I live in Discovery Bay, CA 94505 It is currently on s covered deck outside, shud I be putting it in garage? Could you send me your contact info so I can follow up? Jan Rix

If you want to give it a head start for next year, then growing it indoors for this winter might be the best option. Once it is well established, you can plant it outdoors. It will survive in your area, naturally.
