Conference Pear tree

Has anyone seen this? Bright red blemish on the top of the leaf and a growth on the underside. Hadn’t seemed to affect the fruit.

It could be either pear rust or Entomosporium leaf spot of pear. Check whether the pictures and symptoms match:
