My vine has extensive shoots and growth but no formation of fruit yet. What have I done wrong, and what should I do now?

I recommend a soil test. Your local county extension office can help you with a soil test.

Then you can determine what the Grapevines are needing without guesswork.
Healthy vines but no fruit is generally an excess Nitrogen issue.
Easily corrected with Phosphorous. Bone Meal is a good way to do so.
Specific Ph corrections may also be needed.
