I recently bought a yucca cane plant that needs to be repotted almost immediately. I also bought a compressed soil brick, thinking that it would be more economical for me. The only question I have now is this okay to repot my Yucca cane plant in by itself or do I need to mix in other soil with it?

You'll need to determine what's in the soil brick. Your yucca would tolerate a combination of potting soil, coarse sand and perlite - it likes soil that is poor, dry and alkaline. Here's an article that will help:
