Colorado Blue Spruce Trees

Question

Have 4 CB Spruce trees, all 5’+. Almost all the needles have fallen off one, half the needles on another, just a few on another, and very few on another. The limbs are pliable on all. All have stopped growing. The limbs, in height, and the needles are mostly all tip colored purple or black. Watering has been when weather Hot every three or four days, lots of water, all by hose. Cold now, haven’t watered in 5 weeks, but we have had LOTS of rain, snow and ice. Was going to water today, but it snowed and rained most of yesterday. They are in sad shape. I live in Chino Valley, Arizona 86323, elevation 4,700 ft. I have 3 Austrian Pines, all with brown tips and growing. Also have 50 Arizona Cypress, which are growing and look great, and two Atlas Cedars, which also look great and are doing fine. All are watered and fertilized the same. I need advice.
