Yes, as with any plant, pinching off flowers and top growth will encourage more leaves. However, it’s not necessary. I think the flower spikes on this coleus border look real pretty, don’t you? https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/foliage/coleus/coleus-plant-care.htm [1]
