Coffee grounds for strawberry plants?

I have been told, use coffee grounds around strawberry plant make them healthy and produce better crop, is this true? Thanks in advance for your help.

Though you can use coffee grounds as a fertilizer, the effects may take some time. It doe however work well as a soil additive.
Recommended fertilizer application for Strawberries is a balanced fertilizer, 10-10-10. Bone Meal or Blood Meal also are good organic sources of Nitrogen for your plants.
