coconut trees

We have 79 coconut trees but a couple of them are not growing at all. The leaves are coming but fade away, and tree has not gained height. Please, how to revive them, or should we replace?

What is your location? The above problems are more common in certain locations. If there is a university with an agricultural program near you, someone there (such as an extension agent) will probably be able to give you advice and tell you about the coconut diseases common in your area. If there does turn out to be a disease, you will probably have to remove the diseased trees to prevent anything from spreading.
