I would like an identity on what is eating my clivias please. Location Albany WA My Rhubarb has similar damage too.

It looks more like a fungal leaf spot disease where spots form on the leaf, then the spots fall out. Make sure your rhubarb plants are in full sun in well draining soil and avoid overhead watering. Here is more:
