Clipping to start a new plant

My dog knocked over my plant and decided to snack on it. Do you think it’s saveable? Should I try clipping it and try replanting it? Any advice is great appreciated.

Thank you,
Sherry

You can actually prune down a Dracaena plant. Cut down the stem at the height that you want new leaves to form.
You can even propagate the cut stem.
Here is a link with more information.
