Q.Climbing Roses Long And Leggy With Few Flowers
Hi, I live in northern France, a great place to grow roses! However, this pale-pink/cream climbing rose (sorry, I don’t remember the name) is 5 years old. It has always grown vigorously but now it just grows longer and longer branches with one rose at the end! I have tied it in horizontally each year to make more flowers as per advice, as you maybe can see, but it is still growing away from the fence. Should I cut the branches back to the plant? How can I stop it doing this and get more flowers? Is it too late? Thanks!

This is pretty common for climbing roses, actually. They start putting all of the energy in growth, and not enough energy into flowering. Correct pruning, and a good fertilizer for roses will help.
