Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy climbing hydrangea seems well established and is climbing on a structure camouflaging my propane tank. Sun in the afternoon and shade. 4 years now and no flowers. What’s up? Is there a male/female requirement like a holly?

No, there is not male and female plants with Hydrangea.
This is likely a lack of phosphorous in the soil.
