Cleaning the Leaves of Rubber Plant

How do I clean the leaves of my rubber plant bush that I have in my house? Also, when I cut off bad leaves, do I just cut the bad part off or cut the whole leaf off?

If you are able, the easiest way to clean the leaves is to place the plant in the shower and let it sit under the shower for several minutes.

You can either remove the whole leaves, or just trim away the bad spots. Both are acceptable.
