Clarification On Kaolin Mixture

Question

The instructions in your article say mix one quart of Kaolin to etc. I have rec’d the Kaolin i powder form. How do I equate that to a quart, e.g., does one pound of powder mixed with water provide the right mixture or a quarter pound of powder in a quart of water, etc?

You will fill a liquid quart measure with the equivalent in powder. Surround is most commonly found as a powder.
