Citrus trees

I have a lime and lemon tree that is 2 and 3 years old. We had to dig them up and pot them because they were near an aerobic water system that had to be taken out. I have replanted them in enrich soil and wanted to what root stimulator I should use and how often. I have been watering them twice a day. Is this too much watering? I live in Southeast Texas north of Houston.

You really do not need to use a root stimulator on these trees. As long as they are planted properly and receive adequate care, they should be fine. Newly planted trees do require lots of water while they establish their root systems.
