Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWhere use to have growth of branches and leaves and flowers. Now the lemon tree, mandarin and the grape vine are making some kind of growth that is not natural. It does not mature. Normal wise should get a new branch but now the growth is just like a mushroom on the branch/vine with new leaves never developing.
