I have 3 Citronella plants, have had since last spring have done great until now. They now have tiny white bugs that are eating them to death. I have sprayed them, douced them 3 times and a couple of days later they are back eating them. the bugs are only there in evening and night. I am loosing them and don't know what to do to stop them. Never got bugs before.
