I have a Cilantro plant that has bolted and I’m wondering if I transplant it to another pot to keep it in a cooler location if it will come back and produce the leaves again?

If your plants have already flowered, you can harvest the seed to grow more. These articles should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/herbs/cilantro/cilantro-bolting.htm
