Q.Christmas Palm Always Seems Not Vibrant Or Healthy

I have had this 9 foot Christmas Palm for 3 years and it always seems brownish and not healthy. Just recently fertilized with Palmgain but never seems vibrant. Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like it might be time to pot up into the next size up! A pot, slightly, larger will do. They tend to be able to handle smaller containers, but I would go up, at least, one more size.
