My cactus leaves look very withered and I can’t get them to have a healthy strong look to them. I have repotted the plant and trying to reroot some of the leaves in water but not having much success in seeing roots forming. I used miracle grow for the fertilizer sparingly and no change in the plant! I very much need some help!
