Choisya Planting

Question

I have a large planter to match other in the front of mu house. I put quality soil in bottom, manure 2-4 inches then soil for 2 foot. After two months planter Choiysa to match other side but they all dropped leaves and died, planter has good drainage. Other has thrived fantastically. Please help

Perhaps the environmental conditions out front are different from the second planter. They should be growing in full sun in acidic soil. You may need to add some peat moss to the planter for more acidity.
