Q.China Doll

Anonymous added on June 15, 2011 | Answered

I bought a beautiful China Doll plant and it did really well in the beginning, but seems to not be doing so well now. The branches are becoming weak, the leaves are turning brown and crumbly, and it looks as if it is wilting all the time. What is wrong and how do I nurse her back to health?

Check the temperature where it's located. Temperature fluctuations can cause problems for this plant. It may also be in need of additonal watering. You can prune back the poor looking growth. This article should help with its overall care: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/china-doll/radermachera-sinica.htm
