China Doll Plants and Pets

Question

I have been given a China Doll houseplant as a gift. I have 3 house cats and was wondering if the plant is toxic. I got on a few web sites that list toxic and non-toxic plants. The China Doll houseplant was not listed in the toxic catagory. However, it wasn’t listed in the non-toxic catagory either. I didn’t know if the China Doll houseplant went by another name. Can you give me help on this? Is the China Doll houseplant safe for cats?
