What type of lime do I need for sterilizing the soil in a chicken pen?  regards.

I recommend Dolomitic lime, however, this will not sterilize. This will add calcium and magnesium, and help control the pH of the soil. There are many good mycorrhizae that will help convert the bacteria and urea into usable fertilizer for plants.
