I already started planting my garden beautiful spring weather in NJ 7A.
my question though is about my chicago fig tree planted last year. Was wondering when the leaves start to grow. the tree look healthy the roots are beautiful. the winter wasnt that bad in my area,probably got down to 20 degrees for a few days but not straight.

Give the tree more time. Make sure soil is moist and not soggy.
