Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy fig tree is grown indoors. It lost all of its leaves on October and leaves started growning again after a month of dropping leaves. It sits in a east facing window lots of sun. What would cause the branches to produce leaves so early in the winter.

It must not have gone into dormancy. After the leaves drop, move your tree to a cool place such as a basement or garage. Water little. Since your tree is inside getting lots of sun, I think I would leave it, but only water enough to get it through the winter. Moving it to a cooler, darker location now might be worse.
