Cherry tree – leaf disease?

Hi, you may not be able to answer me as I’m in the UK and from the looks of your site you’re in Canada?

Whatever it’s worth a try.

Cherry tree bought this year suddenly started to get brownish spots which have quickly turned to this – see pic.

Can anyone help identify before it’s too late please?
