Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI read Amy’s article on cherry trees not fruiting (https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/cherry/cherry-tree-not-fruiting.htm). I have 23 fruit trees on my half-acre property and bees on my neighbor’s about 150 feet away but my Bush Cherry (Romeo) didn’t set any fruit after flowering heavily. It’s self-pollinating but I have both tart and sweet cherries within 60 feet. The bush looks great. It’s been growing for 2 years and no fruit. All of my other fruit trees did great this year so I don’t think it was weather. Any ideas?

What is the age of this cherry? This can take several years if it was a seedling, and 2, or 3 even from graft in some instances. If you do not see any fruit by 5 or 6 years, then you can begin to suspect that something is wrong.
