Cherries not growing

Cherries not growing but going funny colour and falling of tree. This is a Stella cherry tree.

Temperature fluctuations hot or cold can cause the cherries to not form and or fall.
Dry conditions, too wet and wind all can effect the fruit on you tree.
A Stella Cherry also will slough off some cherries to give more energy to the rest of the tree. Cherry trees like Calcium, you should apply 10 to 30 percent every other year. The rains will water it in.
