Q.Cherokee Crepe Myrtle Tree
I bought three Cherokee Crepe myrtles a year ago. They were already shaped into a tree form despite that they are actually a shrub. Will they continue to grow into a tree form, or will I need to continue pruning them? Also, the trunk is very, very thin on them. How long will the trunk take to thicken up so that it can support the tree without help from the posts we have next to the trees?
