Cause and cure of leaves spots on wisteria

I have wisteria vine in clay pot. This is it’s first year of growth. The plant is growing good. The temperature in my area is 43 degree centigrade, plant gets 5 hours sunlight. I was using NPK on almost each watering but stopped now. I used cow dung while preparing the soil. I am observing that new leaves are not as green as old leaves (when I purchased it from nursary) and spots have appeared on them too. What is the reason of this and how can I cure? Regards.
