Cats in the Garden

How canĀ I keep cats out of my garden? To my knowledge there is only one, but it’s using my garden as its personal litter box. I’ve tried moth balls and cheyenne pepper. This has not worked, please help.

Thank you,
Deborah

I personally like keeping a hose and sprayer handy and squirting them when I see them in my yard.
