Small black caterpillar that has green sides is eating away at my plant. It’s an indoor plant. How can I get rid of them?

Remove by hand as many of these catapillers that you can.
Spray the plant with Neem Oil.
I would isolate the plant from others.
Retreat in a week incase there are eggs on the plant.
