Cascading Plants For West Facing Stucco Wall

Question

I live in Albuquerque New Mexico, zone 7, elevation 6000 ft, and am putting in a 20 inch high retaining wall that will be stucco over cinderblock. It is a west facing wall in full sun. I am looking for cascading plants to hang down over the edge of the wall. My preference is for flowering pants or herbs. Ideally it would be fragrant and/or would attract pollinators. I was looking at creeping rosemary but it’s only listed as hardy to zone 8. Thanks for any help.
