Casablanca, I would like to start planting in Provo utah

Hello, I would like to start planting casablanca( is that Oriental Lily?) I wonder if I can start now? or I can plant in the container and keep it at basement until maybe May after no more frost? or I can still plant spring?

Casa Blanca lilies are Oriental lilies and you can wait till after the first frost to plant them, in the soil or in containers. They should bloom the first year.
