Carpet Beetles in Calla Lily

How can I safely get rid of the carpet beetles that are all over my calla lilies? I see them every afternoon gorging on the pollen. I tried to spray them off but the water seems to be hard on the lily AND they just come back.

You may be able to hose down the plants and then treat with neem oil.
