Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy plant’s leaves have turned all brown and I would like to know if I should leave the plants alone or trim them back for Spring. Do they usually die off in the late fall? I live in central Pennsylvania.

Yes, this is normal, and your plants will survive in your area. I would not recommend trimming these back until late winter or early spring, though.
