Caring for Rosemary

I purchased a small rosemary shrub in a pot. Repotted in a bigger pot and it lives on my balcony in full sun. It appears to be losing its dark green leaves and they are going brown. Any ideas how to bring it back to life?

Rosemary in containers need to be kept consistently moist, but not in standing water. I would increase the frequency of its watering.

It may also be a fungus causing the browing. As a precaution, I would treat the plant with a fungicide.
