Do I take them off or allow to keep growing? Some are already half the size of the main plant. (ruby ball/moon cactus angry red in color)

I have seen it suggested that buds should be removed, on the other hacd I’ve seen pics of little cacti with arms and things. Basically, since the plants are so inexpensive, I think its mostly up to you and what you want to try. If something doesn’t work right, you can always get another plant and try a different approach.
